About us:
Stegra, formerly know as H2 Green Steel, is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. But this is just the beginning – our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel, and we look forward to what’s next in store for us.

Logistics Network Management
As a logistics network manager you provide the local coordination and support relating to the delivery of coil to customers from landed port to our customer, and for collection of scrap from the customers and other scrap partners including any relationship management with logistics service providers, warehouses and service centres to ensure high quality and timely delivery to customers in while maintaining the balance of cost effectiveness and sustainable transport solutions.
Please note that this position is placed in the Benelux region, not in Sweden.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key logistic service providers, monitoring KPIs and addressing issues.
- Ensure seamless cooperation among logistic service providers and act as an intermediary when needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues related to steel coil movement.
- Optimize routes based on sustainability, cost, and customer demand changes.
- Collaborate with providers on innovative solutions for improved material flow and share best practices.
- Support the procurement team with logistics issues, including scrap collection.
- Assist in administrative tasks like reporting, meetings, and event coordination.
- Contribute to communication efforts on sustainability and transport-related topics with customers and providers.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in logistics network management
- Strong knowledge of logistics across all modalities and industry best practices.
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations in logistics operations.
- Preferably holds an academic degree relevant to logistics or supply chain management.
- High level of tech literacy, with expertise in transport management systems used in logistics networks.
- Merit with previous experience working in a start-up or fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in logistics-related software and office suite tools.

Founded in 2020, Stegra (formerly H2 Green Steel) was created with the purpose to decarbonize hard-to-abate industry. Construction of our first project – an integrated plant producing green hydrogen, green iron and green steel – is well underway in Boden, Sweden. Slashing emissions using green hydrogen and renewable electricity, we’re starting a clean industrial revolution. Steel is just the beginning.
