About us:
Stegra is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. But this is just the beginning – our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel, and we look forward to what’s next in store for us.

About the Role
Are you passionate about the construction industry and eager to gain hands- on experience? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Control Intern to join our dynamic team on the Stegra Boden Project. In this role, you will work closely with Area Document Controllers to ensure the seamless management of project documentation, facilitating efficient communication between various stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of training materials, e-learning modules, and video tutorials to support project onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in our Document Management System (OMEGA
365) and act as a key point of system support for the project team.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, including
drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure the accurate and timely distribution of documents to project
stakeholders.
- Support the tracking, archiving, and maintenance of documentation.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other teams to
ensure document accuracy and compliance.
- Aid in the preparation and submission of documentation for review
and approvals.
- Develop e-learning modules and produce video tutorials to enhance
document control training and onboarding processes.
- Create user-friendly training material to help team members navigate
and utilize the document management system effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly
communicate technical information.
- Ability to work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering or
a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A keen interest in the construction industry and digital learning
development.
Location: Boden or Stockholm, Sweden
Duration: 6 months (with the possibility to extend for an additional 6
months)
Working Hours: 20-40 hours per week, depending on availability
Compensation: 150 - 165 SEK/hour (depending on experience. Incl vacation pay)
