As a growing company, we continuously review and refine our benefits package. We are also covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, ensuring fair terms, job security, and structured benefits. While the benefits outlined below reflect our current offerings, we may introduce additional benefits in the future.

Employment Benefits

Vacation
At Stegra you get 30 days of paid vacation per year, in addition to public holidays and weekends.

Pension
The Swedish pension system consists of three parts; public pension, occupational pension, and personal savings. In addition to the public pension, Stegra provides an occupational pension under our collective agreement. This is a fixed contribution, independent of personal savings. Learn more here.

Warrants
Stegra offers the opportunity to invest in Stegra’s Warrant Program. Warrants are financial instruments issued by Stegra that gives you the right (but not the obligation) to buy Stegra shares at a pre-determined price (based on the company’s valuation at issuance) at a specified date in the future (the exercise window). More details will be provided after your start date.

Trevalet or “Three-Option-Plan”
The "Three-Option-Plan" is a collective agreement benefit based on the previous calendar year’s earnings or work time. Each January, eligible employees can choose one of the following options:
- Working hours reduction (up to 4 extra days off)
- Pension premium (2.4% of monthly salary)
- Cash compensation (2% of monthly salary)

Insurance
All employees are covered by a collective agreement insurance package, including accident, life, sickness, and redundancy insurance, plus supplementary benefits. Learn more here.

Parental Pay
The collective bargaining agreement includes parental pay, a benefit that supports Stegra to become a diverse and inclusive workplace. As we are entering the agreement we will follow the collectively agreed eligibility and rules for parental pay. Learn more here.

Stegra offers discounts on gym memberships.

Bicycle Leasing
Stegra offers our employees a leasing program together with Bike-lease. This is a cost neutral bicycle for us as a company, beneficial for all employees to lease.



Immigration and Relocation
If you need support with relocation or immigration, our relocation department is here to guide you. The type of support available depends on your situation and may include assistance with permits, housing, local orientation, and other practical matters. Below are some examples of what we offer:

Immigration & Relocation Services: In partnership with our immigration and relocation partner Nimmersion, we assist you throughout the process from obtaining your residency/work permit, to local orientation and getting the correct registration in place.
- Stockholm: Nimmersion will also support you with finding housing and schooling for your children.
- Boden: Boden Municipality will assist you with finding housing and getting into the life in Boden, including schooling or pre-schooling and job support for partners.
- Relocation Benefit: We also support with flight tickets for you and your family’s relocation to Sweden.
- Relocation Payment: If applicable, Stegra offers a relocation payment, which is paid out with the first monthly salary payment in Sweden (note: this will be taxed at a higher rate than your basic income as it’s a one-time payment). It can be used for anything you wish, such as shipping of belongings, future trips home, home furnishings, etc.
