What you’ll do
We are looking for a Relocation Coordinator for our People & Organisation team in Boden. In this role you will report to our HR Manager Anette Sundström and work within our Relocation function. The main role of the Relocation Coordinator is to support our relocatees in finding both temporary and permanent housing. You'll manage and administrate our temporary housing pool and make sure it's kept up to date and communicated.
The Relocation team consists today of three colleagues working with relocation and immigration questions. This position is based in Boden.
This role is a temporary hiring for 1 year from the starting date with the possibility of extending it for another year. The starting date is as soon as possible or as agreed with the hiring manager. For this specific role, we'll focus on local candidates who are currently residing in Boden, Luleå or the nearby area.
Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Oversee and manage Stegra’s company apartments and housing assets
- Actively search for suitable apartments and houses on the private market—both within Boden municipality and in nearby, commutable municipalities
- Handle bookings and rental processes for our relocating employees, conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections at company-provided apartments.
- Draft, prepare, and manage lease agreements with relocatee.
- Administer invoicing procedures and follow-up on outstanding payments
- Assist relocatees in securing permanent housing outside of Boden by leveraging contacts with landlords and property owners.
- Establish relationships with private individuals and landlords interested in renting out properties, ensuring that the accommodations meet Stegra’s quality standards and housing needs.
- Maintain a close dialogue with Boden Municipality’s housing team
- Monitor and follow up on housing opportunities in neighboring municipalities
- Collaborate with “New in Boden” (Inflyttningsservice) and BIS to support accompanying partners of relocatees.
- Explore opportunities for activities and networking for accompanying partners
- Identify initiatives where Stegra can contribute to strengthen integration and well-being
